Joel Jacobson, M.D.Otolaryngologist
Dr. Joel Jacobson is originally from Salinas, California, and graduated from UC Berkeley and then University of Michigan Medical School. He spent a year pursuing genetics and hearing loss research at Tel Aviv University, before returning to complete his Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at New York University. He then completed his fellowship at UC Davis in head and neck oncology and skull base surgery, where he was also a clinical instructor before joining Central Coast Head and Neck Surgeons in 2012. He practices in all areas of Otolaryngology but with a particular interest in head and neck cancer, thyroid surgery, and sinus disorders.
